Chrome Warrior
V2 Update — Major Expansion
Chrome Warrior V2 is a major expansion bringing the game from 13 to 17 stages across 7 worlds. Two entirely new environments join the fight: Ocean Depths, where you swim through coral reefs and dodge sharks in underwater caverns with buoyancy physics and water currents, and Orbital Station, a low-gravity space platform where massive jumps carry you across station gaps and through airlock corridors.
V2 also introduces a character select system with three warriors (Assault, Recon, and Heavy), each with unique stats and starting abilities. A new backstory text crawl sets the scene, and ball tunnels — narrow passages only accessible in gyroscope ball mode — hide bonus diamonds throughout every stage.
The shield power-up is now a timed 8-second invulnerability bubble with a visual countdown ring, making boss fights more strategic. Weapon cooldowns show directly on your character, and a new How To Play screen (press H on the title) explains every mechanic, pickup, and the diamond chain combo system.
A new Oxygene/64 music track inspired by Jean-Michel Jarre in Rob Hubbard's C64 idiom plays across the new worlds, and a world jump feature (press 1-7 on the title screen) lets returning players skip straight to any world.

I think you should make the ball and the super laser an ability with maybe a 10 second cooldown and add more customizablity towards your charecter
Thanks for the feedback. I like these ideas. I am going to upload an update later today. I will address your notes (I think you will like the changes) and am going to add an overall decent overhaul of the game. Hope you enjoy!
Ok - update posted. See the devlog.
