Forum Conditum is a compact Roman city-builder in the classic Caesar mould. Raise insulae from huts to townhouses by walking food, goods, water and faith past their doors; plan reservoirs and aqueducts so the fountains flow; and keep the granary full when the census swells.

Rome is watching. Meet Caesar’s requests, raise cohorts at the Castra, appoint a legate and send expeditions against restless neighbours — or fortify the walls and wait them out. Every map is procedural, every save fits in a Commander Code, and the whole game is one HTML file.

  • Walker-driven services in the Caesar III tradition — roadblocks, loops and coverage all matter.
  • A real water network: Reservoir → Aqueduct → Fountain, with dry fountains until they are fed.
  • Military layer: cohorts, a recruitable general, city fortification and rival hostility.
  • Caesar meta-layer with escalating imperial demands.
  • Plays in the browser; balanced with a 15-scenario automated harness.
