Retro Rig 48: Skyline League

UNDER THE RUSTED CRANES OF PORT MERIDIAN, AN UNDERGROUND LEAGUE RACES ON TRACKS BOLTED INTO THE SKY.

You drive Rig No. 48. Your lucky number is 48. Fall off and the crane puts you back, but it costs time and cracks your chassis. If the crack runs the full width, you're out.

Retro Rig 48 is a retro-flavoured elevated-track racer about bounce, jumps and nerve. Ease off before crests, line up before every ramp, and boost at the right moment.

CONTROLS

Touch (iPhone / iPad / Android):

• GAS: right thumb (left thumb in left-handed layout)
• BRAKE: button next to GAS
• BOOST: blue button above GAS (holding it also gives gas while the tank lasts)
• STEER: drag on the opposite side of the screen, or switch to ◀ ▶ buttons in Settings
• CAM: change camera view
• II: pause

Keyboard:

• Steer: Arrow keys or A / D
• Gas: Up or W   Brake / reverse: Down or S
• Boost: Space   Camera: C   Crane recover: R   Pause: P or Esc

IPHONE TIPS

• Play in landscape and turn the sound on. Check the silent switch is off.
• For the best fullscreen experience: open this page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and launch it from the icon.
• Settings has a Left-handed layout switch and a Low graphics option if the game runs slowly on an older phone.
• Close other tabs and apps if the game feels slow.
• If the game doesn't start, try Low graphics on the error screen, then reload.

KNOWN ISSUES

• Leaderboards are local to your device. There is no online leaderboard yet.
• The trackside camera can sit next to a pillar that blocks the view for a moment.
• Hard difficulty is genuinely hard. Try Easy or Normal first.
• The intro cinematic is about 40 seconds. Tap SKIP at any time.
• Very old iPhones may need Low graphics.
• Music, voice-over and some art were made with AI tools.
